Purpose

  • Connect thru servicing and giving to the Community

 

2016-2017 Women's Ministry Schedule

Monthly Get-togethers -- First Monday of the Month at 7:00 pm at the church

 

October

  • Craft Night 
  • Belong (St.Paul MN)  - space still available
  • Care packages for College kids, military, and other church family that is away 
 

November

  • Progressive Supper
  • Hats/Gloves Service Project for the Intermediate School
  • Decorate the Church for Christmas
 

December

  • Christmas Sock Party    (everyone brings a pair of socks filled with goodies to share)
  • Serve in some sort of capacity thru the  Bakken Oil Rush Ministries
  • Serve the Church Christmas Meal
               

January

  • Special Speakers  
  • Cowgirls and Conservation
 

February

  • Slumber Party/Movie Night
  • Buy tickets for the Beth Moore Conference in Fort Collins CO in August
 

March

  • Outing Event (Bowling, shopping etc.)
 

April

  • Mini Retreat  (Dakota Women's Retreat-Medora)
  • Priscilla Shirer Simulcast - New Hope
 

May

  • Mother's Day - Five Favorite things Party
  • Mother's Day skit (??)
 

June

  • Pie Day  and apron contest
  • Recipe Exchange (Cookbook)
 

July

  • No women's event ---FAIR TIME!  --work in the booth--help grocery shop for the booth during the fair
 

August

  • Annual Meeting   (we will work around VBS schedule)
  • Beth Moore Conference - Fort Collins CO (Denver)  TBD
 

Other Opportunities

  • Meal Train for families with new babies.
  • Serve at Funerals
  • Muffin Ministry for the Sunday morning Servers 
  • Coffee maker for Sunday mornings
